The first original series developed by wallet-conscious streaming service Philo will be returning for a second season.

This week, executives at Philo confirmed Rasheeda Frost’s unscripted series “Boss Moves” will debut new episodes on August 15.

The show launched on Philo early last year, and sees Frost offer her thoughts on how to launch an entrepreneurial career while consulting with some of her celebrity friends. Philo says celebrity guests for season two will include Nelly, Marlo Hampton, Jermaine Dupri, Cinthia Bailey and Kandi Burruss, among others.

Boss Moves is produced in partnership with Kin Community, which distributes a number of programs through Philo’s video-on demand feature. In April, the first season of Boss Moves was one of five web-focused shows to be nominated for a Webby Award in the category of reality video series.

“In Boss Moves, Rasheeda will welcome audiences into her homes and businesses to give them a never-before seen inside look at how she manages her growing empire,” Philo executive Matt Stein said in a statement last year. “From restaurants to fashion to her international real estate holdings, Rasheeda’s hustle never lets up. Informative, aspirational, and full of excitement, viewers of Boss Moves will be treated to tips on how they can follow Rasheeda’s lead and grow their own empire.”

Philo offers TV fans more than 80 linear streams of content, including live access to cable channels from AMC Networks (AMC, IFC, BBC America), A+E Networks (A&E, History Channel, Lifetime), the Discovery side of Warner Bros Discovery (Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Travel Channel) and Paramount Global’s portfolio of MTV Networks channels (Comedy Central, BET, VH1, Nickelodeon, Paramount Network, TV Land), among others.

The service costs $25 a month, and includes an unlimited, cloud-based DVR that stores recordings for at least one year after shows air on supported channels. The service also has a robust video on-demand catalog with thousands of titles, including shows from Chicken Soup for the Soul’s Crackle.

Philo allows one customer to share their account with 10 others, and three devices can stream content from Philo at once. The service offers a 7-day free trial to new customers who want to try the service before they buy.
