Paramount Global’s BET Media and Tyler Perry are teaming up on two new free, ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channels that will offer Perry’s signature comedies and dramas.

The channels — BET Tyler Perry Comedy and BET Tylery Perry Drama — are available through Paramount’s own FAST platform, Pluto TV, and will also be distributed by third parties like the Roku Channel, Plex and TCL TV Plus. More platforms will be supported in the coming months, BET Media said.

The channels will offer re-runs of iconic BET shows like “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne,” “Tyler Perry’s Ruthless,” “All the Queen’s Men” and “Tyler Perry’s Sistas.”

BET Media and Perry have a long history together, with a production partnership that dates back to the mid-2010s. That partnership was recently expanded through 2028, and includes production and distribution initiatives. Perry holds an equity stake in BET Plus, the premium streaming service operated by Paramount.

“The introduction of Perry’s content to FAST channels is a momentous occasion in our partnership,” Louis Carr, the President of Media Sales at BET Media, said in a statement. “We’re thrilled to provide Black audiences with a fresh avenue to enjoy Tyler Perry’s content and offer more access options for our original programming.”
