Two streaming networks owned by Warner Bros Discovery’s (WBD) news channel CNN have landed on VIDAA‘s connected TV platform.

The channels — CNN Fast and the streaming version of CNN International — are now accessible within the “VIDAA free” app on Hisense-branded, VIDAA-powered smart TVs.

With the addition of the two premium news channels VIDAA is continuing to expand its offering of high-quality streaming channels to meet the evolving needs of Smart TV users from across the globe,” a spokesperson for VIDAA said in a statement. “By focusing on quality over volume of channels, VIDAA has proved its commitment towards innovating in the smart TV landscape.”

CNN Fast offers a compilation of short-form news and general interest video clips sourced from CNN U.S. and CNN International. Segments include current events, sports, technology, travel, lifestyle and business, among other categories. The channel is available in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, New Zealand, Poland, the Czech Republic and Italy.

CNN International is a streaming variant of the same channel, sourced from the European feed of the network. It offers real-time coverage of breaking news and global events, to include simulcasts of shows like “Anderson Cooper 360,” “The Source with Kaitlan Collins” and “The Situation Room,” along with original programs like “Amanpour” and “Quest Means Business,” plus the daily recap show “CNN Newsroom.” The channel is available in the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

“News remains one of the most valuable and important categories on large screens and CNN is among the most trusted news sources in the world,” Guy Edri, the CEO of VIDAA, said in a statement. “With these two channels, our customers will have access to the most accurate and up-to-date information from across the world by simply connecting their VIDAA smart TV to the Internet.”

“We’re pleased to be partnering with VIDAA to reach new audiences,” said Humphrey Black, the Vice President of Distribution at CNN International Commercial. “It’s great to bring CNN International’s renowned journalism to viewers on Hisense and provide them with access to breaking news and distinctive journalism from around the world. For those choosing to stay updated via short video content, CNN Fast offers a dynamic way to keep across the big global reports and the latest lifestyle stories.”
