Charter Communications will air a television spot during Super Bowl LX that touts the company’s commitment to a U.S.-based workforce and an all-American fiber broadband network for its Spectrum offerings.
The ad, called “America’s Connectivity Company,” will air across Spectrum’s service footprint in markets like New York City, Los Angeles, Orlando, El Paso, St. Louis, both metropolitan Rochesters, Louisville, Cincinnati, Cleveland, San Antonio and Dayton, the company said in a news release this week.
“The 30-second commercial…is an ode to hard-working Americans, including Spectrum’s own 90,000 U.S.-based employees, who build, maintain and operate the advanced, high-speed connectivity backbone that delivers reliable performance, including the fastest Internet, WiFi and wireless speeds with 24/7 U.S.-based customer service, to tens of millions of American homes and businesses across 41 states,” a spokesperson for Spectrum said by e-mail.
Charter said the Super Bowl spot was created by New York-based creative outlet VCCP and features Spectrum employees and customers from across the country.
“The Super Bowl is the ideal stage to showcase our U.S.-based employees who deliver our fiber-powered technology that keeps Americans connected every day,” Simon Cassels, the SEnior Vice President and Chief Creativity Officer for Spectrum, said in a statement.
Charter will report its fourth quarter (Q4) and year-end financial earnings on Friday.
