New York Post Media Group is expanding into free ad-supported streaming television through a new partnership with VideoElephant Fast Managed Services, which will launch and operate a FAST channel built around content from the publisher’s portfolio of brands.

The channel will feature programming from the New York Post, California Post, Page Six, Page Six Hollywood and Decider, marking the latest move by a traditional media company into the rapidly growing FAST marketplace.

The New York Post FAST channel will launch with approximately 150 hours of television-ready content and will refresh about 20 percent of its programming each month. Featured shows will include “Post Presents,” “Page Six Radio” and “Schein Time,” all of which will air daily.

VideoElephant will manage channel operations, including programming, scheduling, distribution and advertising monetization.

The launch comes as FAST platforms continue to gain traction with viewers and advertisers. According to data cited by the companies, nearly half of U.S. households watch FAST content weekly, while connected TV advertising spending is expected to reach $38 billion in 2026.

The New York Post said the channel will leverage its existing digital audience, which reaches nearly 62 million unique monthly visitors. The company noted that 92 percent of those users live outside the New York metropolitan area.

“We’ve been producing video at scale for years and our new FAST Channel puts that expertise front and center, with data,” said Warren Cohen, the Head of Video and Audio at the New York Post. “This channel translates the Post’s essence into programming our audience already loves.”

VideoElephant has previously worked with publishers including USA Today, Entrepreneur and Black Enterprise on streaming initiatives.

“The New York Post is one of the most recognized media brands in the world, with a loyal and passionate following,” said Preeya Naul, Senior Vice President of Streaming Partnerships and Supply at VideoElephant. “Creating a FAST channel of this scale from the ground up, from channel strategy and programming operations through to distribution, represents a tremendous opportunity for viewers and advertisers alike.”

The new channel will be distributed across major connected TV and streaming platforms, including smart TV operating systems, though a launch date was not announced.
