Fox News was the most-watched news brand on YouTube in July, generating 324 million video views during the month, according to data from social intelligence firm Emplifi.

The network led a competitive set that included MS NOW, which generated 246 million YouTube views, CNN with 172 million, ABC News with 136 million, NBC News with 109 million and CBS News with 35 million.

Fox said its YouTube performance in July demonstrated strong monthly gains and continued momentum during the first six months of the year. Videos tied to its America 250 coverage around Independence Day generated more than 7.2 million video views and 20.1 million minutes watched on its YouTube channel.

The Fox Business Network also led business news brands on YouTube for the 57th consecutive month, according to Emplifi and Comscore Social. The network generated 54.3 million video views in July, up 19 percent from the prior month.

Fox News also ranked first in social engagement across Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok, generating 108.3 million social media interactions during July. That represented a 42 percent month-over-month increase, according to Emplifi and Comscore Social.

The network recorded 36.1 million interactions on Facebook, 19.6 million on Instagram, 5.6 million on X and 47 million on TikTok. Fox said its TikTok interactions were up 118 percent from the prior year.

Across social platforms, Fox News generated 1.6 billion total social video views during the month. The network said one X post about a couple who climbed the Empire State Building generated 87 million impressions, making it the highest-performing post in the account’s history.

Fox News is operated by Fox News Media, a subsidiary of Fox Corporation. NBC News is part of NBC Universal, owned — for now — by Comcast. ABC News is part of the Walt Disney Company. CBS News is operated by Paramount. MS NOW is owned by Versant.
