Fox News Digital led major news organizations in visitors, views and time spent during the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, according to new data from Comscore and other measurement firms.

Fox News Digital averaged 178 million multi-platform unique visitors during the quarter, an increase of 29 percent from the prior year. The company also generated 4.64 billion multi-platform views and 9.75 billion minutes of audience engagement, per Comscore data.

The results marked the 21st consecutive quarter in which Fox News Digital led news brands in total views and the 16th consecutive quarter in which it ranked first in minutes.

CNN averaged 62 million desktop and mobile unique visitors, a decline of 32 percent from the second quarter of 2025. Its multi-platform views fell 46 percent to 1.51 billion, while minutes declined 41 percent to 2.36 billion. Fox News said those figures represented CNN’s weakest quarter since 2015 across the cited categories.

CBS News averaged nearly 139 million total digital multi-platform unique visitors, though its desktop and mobile audience totaled 75.6 million. The company generated 934 million views and 2.87 billion minutes during the quarter. NBC News averaged nearly 100 million multi-platform unique visitors, while ABC News recorded 28.5 million.

Fox News Digital remained ahead in June, generating 178 million multi-platform visitors, 1.4 billion views and 2.9 billion minutes. The month marked its fourth consecutive period as the most-visited news brand under Comscore’s total digital multi-platform measurement.

YouTube remained an important part of the company’s digital performance: Fox News Digital generated 1.4 billion views across its YouTube portfolio during the quarter, according to Emplifi. Fox News Channel accounted for 1.1 billion of those views, ahead of MS NOW at 763 million, CNN at 511 million, ABC News at 337 million, NBC News at 310 million and CBS News at 136 million.

During the first half of 2026, Fox News Digital generated 3.3 billion YouTube views, with the Fox News Channel responsible for 2.5 billion views on its own. Fox Business added 158 million views during Q2, per Emplifi’s data.

Fox News Digital includes the platforms of the Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network, Fox Weather and other editorial properties. The unit is operated by Fox News Media, part of Fox Corporation.

CNN is owned by Warner Bros Discovery. CBS News is part of Paramount Skydance. ABC News is owned by the Walt Disney Company. NBC News is part of NBC Universal, which is being spun out into a separate company by its current owner Comcast.
