  • Ross Video expanded and restructured its SAARC commercial and technical teams to improve customer coverage and support.
  • New sales and technical leaders were appointed to meet rising regional demand.
  • The company says the changes strengthen strategic engagement and position it for continued growth.

Ross Video has expanded and restructured its commercial and technical teams serving the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) as the company works to strengthen customer engagement and support during a period of increased market activity.

The revised structure establishes clearer lines of responsibility within the organization and is intended to improve communication, accelerate customer response times and provide more-consistent coverage as Ross Video grows its footprint across South Asia. The company said the changes reflect rising demand for live production technology and the need for a more-defined framework as opportunities scale across the region.

Bhaskar Majumdar, the General Manager for SAARC, will continue overseeing regional strategy and operations. Majumdar said the changes were prompted by accelerating interest in Ross Video’s portfolio, which includes production automation, graphics, switching, robotics and other broadcast technology.

As part of the restructuring, Kunal Verma will move into the newly created position of Strategic Account Manager after three years of driving sales across SAARC. Verma will focus on major enterprise customers under a structured handover plan that aims to ensure continuity across key accounts.

Ross Video has also expanded its field presence with two new Regional Sales Managers. Detesh Aggarwal will oversee North and East SAARC markets, while Isha Jain will cover South and West SAARC. The additional roles are expected to improve customer reach and responsiveness across a geographically diverse sales territory.

On the technical side, the company is increasing its pre-sales resources to meet heightened demand for modernization and solution design. Rama Krishna has been promoted to Manager, Technical Solutions, and will lead the regional pre-sales organization. Krishna will oversee an expansion of technical coverage and guide the growth of Ross Video’s Solution Architect function in 2026. The bolstered team is expected to provide customers with deeper technical expertise and more-consistent engagement throughout project discovery, planning and deployment.

“We are seeing tremendous momentum in the SAARC region, and this expansion allows us to stay closely aligned with our customers’ needs,” Majumdar said. “By adding experienced sales managers, focusing on strategic accounts, and expanding the pre-sales team, we are ensuring that our customers receive the localized attention, expertise, and partnership they deserve. This marks an exciting new chapter for Ross Video in SAARC.”

Ross Video said the investment reflects its long-term commitment to the region as broadcasters and media companies continue shifting toward scalable, software-defined and cloud-enabled live production workflows.
