Fox News Media closed April as the leading news brand on YouTube within its competitive set, generating 605 million video views across its combined platforms during the month, according to new data from social measurement service Emplifi.

The main Fox News YouTube channel accounted for the bulk of that activity with 471.9 million video views in April, putting it ahead of MS NOW (formerly MSNBC), CNN, ABC News, NBC News and CBS News. MS NOW ranked second with 304.4 million views, followed by CNN with 203.3 million views.

Fox News’ YouTube performance was nearly four times that of ABC News, which drew 119.3 million views, and NBC News, which posted 115.2 million views. The network also generated more than seven times the YouTube views of CBS News, which recorded 62.6 million views for the month.

Fox News Media also ranked first in social media engagement across Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok, with 111.7 million total social interactions in April, according to Emplifi and Comscore Social. Fox News recorded 50.2 million interactions on Facebook, 19.7 million interactions on Instagram and 6.5 million interactions on X, according to Emplifi. On TikTok, Fox News generated 35.3 million interactions, according to Comscore Social.

In total, Fox News drove 1.9 billion social views during the month, accounting for a 96 percent year-over advantage, Fox News Media said on Monday.
