
Charter Communications’ media and advertising business Spectrum Reach has promoted Mary Pouliopoulos to the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Customer Experience.
In her new role, Pouliopoulos will oversee the full spectrum of the company’s customer journey, from pre-sale support to campaign execution and post-campaign analysis.
Pouliopoulos, a 20-year veteran of the media and advertising industry, most recently served as Group Vice President of Sales Operations, Activation and Partnerships. She will now lead Sales Operations, Optimizations and Ad Operations, with a focus on streamlining and enhancing service for Spectrum Reach’s more than 23,000 advertising clients across local, regional, and national markets. Based in New York City, Pouliopoulos assumes her new responsibilities effective immediately.

Since joining Spectrum Reach in 2018, Pouliopoulos has played a key role in advancing the company’s advertising and sales operations. Before that, she held senior sales leadership roles in both the broadcast and cable television sectors. She served as Vice President of Sales at KTLA (Channel 5, the CW) in Los Angeles for nine years and was previously Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Worldlink Media. Earlier in her career, she spent six years overseeing sales and marketing at KCBS (Channel 2) in Los Angeles.
Pouliopoulos began her professional journey in engineering sales before moving into media and advertising. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration from UCLA.
The creation of the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience role reflects Spectrum Reach’s ongoing investment in client satisfaction and operational excellence across its advertising services.
