
Plex and Amazon are increasing the amount of music and related offered on their free, ad-supported streaming television (FAST) platforms through individual partnerships with premium audio services.
Starting this week, users of Amazon’s Fire TV Channels service have access to more than two dozen FAST channels programmed by Stingray, which includes music streams and thematic channels like “EarthDay 365,” “Cityscapes” and “Movie Music.”
The new Stingray content streams available on Fire TV Channels include:

Amazon Fire TV Channels is available by default on all Amazon Fire TV devices, including Amazon’s smart TVs and streaming sticks. The Fire TV Channels app is also available on Amazon’s Kindle Fire tablets.
Also this week, Plex users have more than a dozen new music video channels offered by Xite, which air curated music playlists across a number of different popular genres. The new channels available to Plex users include:
