Sean Hannity to interview California Governor Gavin Newsom

California Governor Gavin Newsom has agreed to a sit-down interview with Fox News commentator Sean Hannity, the network announced on Thursday.

The interview will air Monday, June 12 at 9 p.m. Eastern Time (6 p.m. Eastern Time), and will take place at the Governor’s Mansion in Sacramento.

A spokesperson for the network said the interview will cover Newsom’s recent proposal to introduce a 28th amendment to the U.S. Constitution that aims to improve gun control in the United States, to include mandatory background checks and raising the minimum purchase age from 18 to 21.

The interview will explore a number of other topics, including the California economy, immigration, the race for the 2024 presidential election and other issues.
