EverPass Media has struck a multi-year licensing deal with ESPN that will allow it to distribute ESPN Plus programming to commercial businesses across the United States.

The agreement, announced Tuesday, grants EverPass the rights to market, sell and distribute ESPN Plus as a separate package to its existing and new customers, starting in October. The offering will be available to bars, restaurants, hotels and other commercial establishments through EverPass’ streaming platform.

The deal covers more than 2,200 live events per year, including a wide range of professional and collegiate sports. Programming highlights include college football and basketball from the SEC, Big 12, ACC, Big East and other conferences, as well as international soccer from La Liga, Bundesliga, the FA Cup and Copa del Rey.

Other ESPN Plus exclusives include around 50 regular-season NHL games, UFC Fight Nights through 2025, PGA Tour Live coverage, select matches from the US Open and Wimbledon, and international cricket tours in the West Indies and New Zealand. ESPN Plus will also carry National Lacrosse League and Premier Lacrosse League games, along with other niche sports content.

“This is an important step forward for EverPass and the commercial marketplace,” said Alex Kaplan, the CEO of EverPass Media. “Working with ESPN, one of the most iconic brands in global sports, brings year-round streaming content to bars, restaurants, hotels, and other venues. With access to premium content from the NFL, NHL, NCAA, PGA Tour, soccer and more, ESPN Plus adds tremendous value to our platform and to the businesses we serve.”

Kaplan said the partnership supports EverPass’ strategy of building an all-in-one platform for commercial sports distribution.

“This collaboration reinforces our commitment to aggregating the content that matters most to fans and delivering it through a seamless and accessible all-in-one platform for business owners,” he added. “As we expand our lineup and continue building the most comprehensive sports offering in the market, EverPass is quickly becoming the go-to partner for commercial venues looking to create energy, drive foot traffic and grow revenue through live sports.”

The ESPN Plus package will join a roster of sports content already carried by EverPass, including NFL Sunday Ticket, Peacock Sports Pass, Prime Video’s coverage of Thursday Night Football, NBA, WNBA, NWSL and NASCAR, and Paramount Plus’ UEFA Champions League matches.

EverPass launched in April 2023 to connect rightsholders and distributors with commercial establishments seeking access to premium sports programming. The company works with bars, restaurants, hotels, gyms and other venues to streamline sports licensing and delivery through its scalable technology platform.
