Charter is offering its Spectrum TV customers access to several movies for free as part of the company’s celebration of Black History Month.

Starting February 1 and running until the end of the month, Spectrum TV customers can access free movies by navigating to the “Black History Month” section of Spectrum TV On Demand.

Titles included in Spectrum TV’s free content library include “Hidden Figures,” “Ray,” “Creed,” and “Creed II.” The section will also offer a curated selection of titles featuring strong Black characters that are available to rent, including “Fences,” “What’s Love Got To Do With It?” and “Selma.”

Starting in the second half of the month, the category will include “If Beale Street Could Talk,” “The Hate U Give,” “Red Tails” and “The Butler.”

“Spectrum’s Black History Month On Demand movie lineup is available as part of its commitment to providing programming that represents the diverse interests of its customers and the communities Spectrum serves,” a Charter spokesperson said in a statement e-mailed to The Desk on Tuesday.
